The place was created by two sisters who grew up in a big family of four sisters, where things were always happening. Energy, people coming and going, food on the table — fast, busy, lively. That kind of atmosphere stuck with us.
With SOON, we wanted to bring that same energy into a coffee spot. Not a place where you sit for three hours with a laptop. More like a street stop — somewhere you swing by for a coffee, grab a bagel, run into a familiar face, and head back into your day, with a little something more.
The menu is simple: specialty coffee, matcha & more, bagels to go, fresh pastries for a little comfort. Things that feel generous but still keep you going.
Inside, it’s fast, lively — a bit chaotic / buzzing / a little electric in the best way. Music playing, baristas moving, people coming in and out.
The idea is simple: a place that gives you a quick moment of energy and sends you back out into the city. Ten minutes. That’s all it takes.
