The place was created by two sisters who grew up in a big family of four sisters, where things were always happening. People coming and going, food on the table — fast, busy, lively. That kind of atmosphere stuck with us.
With SOON, we wanted to bring that same energy into a coffee spot. More like a street stop. You come in, grab a coffee, grab a bagel, run into a familiar face, and head back into your day, with a little something more.

The idea is simple: a place that gives you a quick moment of energy and sends you back out into your day.
